Tampa Bay WordPress Users

WordPress users in Tampa will want to check out the Tampa Bay WordPress users group meetup tonight at 7 p.m. The topic is WordPress Security Measures and Good Practices. The group will meet at CDB’s Southside. At tonight’s meeting, members will discuss php security and WordPress, third party themes and plugins. General discussion about website security and WordPress will follow.

The group is for WordPress users and developers in the Tampa area and those interested in learning more about WordPress’ features and functions. The Tampa Bay WordPress group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. In March the group will discuss installing a local version of WordPress on your computer and the basics of maintaining your local web server.
