Joomla CMS Expertise Draws Client Back to Websults
Internal Balance, Inc. recognizes importance of integrity and skill in maintaining online presence
October 4, 2010 - (Nashville, TN) - In web design, as in life, clients can be tempted by seemingly better offers from other vendors. Such was the case with Websults® client Internal Balance, a wellness and detoxification company based in Nashville, TN. Internal Balance focuses on providing specialized, individual programs to attain good health through nutrition, detoxification and preventative measures.
Websults originally worked with Internal Balance in 2007, redesigning the company’s existing web site to better reflect the company’s mission.
“We were pleased to develop a site that reflected Internal Balance’s unique mission,” Websults Principal Jonathan Weindruch said. “We strive to maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients, and we were disappointed to see them go.”
But Internal Balance wasn’t gone for long. After working with other web site developers, Internal Balance returned to Websults in 2010 for another site overhaul.
“We had someone less technically proficient who had designed our site and had many errors that needed to be identified and corrected,” Internal Balance founder Tamara Mariea said. “We needed more traffic and monitoring of the site and needed ways to make information more visible to potential clients.”
Enter Websults. In addition to correcting the errors in the new site, Websults included video client testimonials and podcasts on a variety of detoxification topics. Websults better organized the site’s content and incorporated the Joomla content management system. Joomla allows the Internal Balance staff to easily add content to the site.
“By using Joomla, Internal Balance can be confident that its site always contains the information its current and potential clients need,” Weindruch said.
Indeed, Internal Balance is already receiving positive feedback about the site.
