REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
The service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Web site visitor hereby acknowledges that use of the service is at his or her own risk.
CHANGES TO SERVICE
Websults LLC reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the Service or this Agreement. Lastly, Websults LLC may also impose limits on certain features and services without notice or liability. Notification of any such change will be posted on the web site.
CLIENT INVOICES
Deposit invoices for new clients are payable upon receipt. For existing clients, Websults LLC requires payment for services provided within 30 days. If a customer does not pay a bill within 75 days from the date of invoice, Websults LLC reserves the right to suspend a client's website. If a customer does not pay a bill within 150 days from the date of invoice, Websults reserves the right to sell the client's domain and website in order to pay for past due invoices. Customers who are unable to pay their bill promptly should find another website provider. Websults LLC will not turn over account information and website files to a new web provider until all outstanding bills have been paid.
This legal notice and agreement should be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
